Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused;
- In its original packaging;
- In the same condition in which you received it.
If your item has a quality issue, please contact us within the 30-day return window. We will review the issue and provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Cost
Returns are free for eligible items. We do not charge restocking fees. We will provide return instructions after your return request is approved.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@embarkvetlink.my with your order number and the reason for the return. You may also call +1 775-501-4203 during our support hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PT).
Please do not send returns to any address without contacting us first. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
After the refund is processed, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. The exact posting time depends on your bank or payment provider.
